Ground floor bathroom has three-piece suite with shower over the bath. Access to the garden, which has a parking bay to the rear (not suitable for large vehicles).
First floor: two bedrooms; one double and one with a bunk bed (double with single over) and an en suite WC with wash hand basin. The bunk bed room also has an airing cupboard housing the gas boiler.
External: there is a patio garden furniture leading to private off street parking space(limited access)
