This well appointed Fisherman's cottage is situated in the old part of Mumbles Village. Tucked away from the seafront via a challenging flight of wide sloping steps, the Promenade and all its attractions are only moments away. Take a stroll towards the The Pier and the Lighthouse, explore the rock pools at Limeslade or for the more adventurous continue along the coastal path to beautiful bay of Rotherslade. 

 
Accommodation: Ground floor: lounge/dining room with TV,DVD, VHSdining table and chairs, fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, larder fridge freezer and washing machine. French doors open onto a paved rear patio.

First floor: two bedrooms, one double and a twin bedroom to the rear. The double bedroom (to the front) has views over Swansea Bay. The bathroom has a three piece suite with a shower operated from the bath taps.

External: To the rear
