An attractive and comfortably furnished three bedroom cottage in the heart of Norton - an easy walk from Mumbles or down to the promenade. The cottage, which is stone built and features sea views from the first floor, has a private garden and boasts a small car parking space to the front.

Within yards of the property are a convenience store and a friendly local public house, The Beaufort, which serves excellent pub food. For fine dining and a comprehensive range of shops and amenities Mumbles Village is just a short walk away.

Accommodation: From the hallway there are stairs leading to the first floor, and a doorway leading to the dining area with archway through to the lounge to the front of the property and a door into the kitchen. The lounge, which has a decorative feature fireplace, is comfortably furnished with two armchairs, a three seater sofa, other occasional furniture and a TV with freeview and DVD. The dining room has a dining table and will seat up to eight. There is also a mini system with DAB radio, CD, cassette and MP3. The fitted kitchen has an integrated fridge and freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washer dryer, small dishwasher and a microwave.  There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and sea views. The second bedroom is also a double and is situated to the front of the property. The third bedroom, also to the front of the property, has a single bed. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising of bath with electric shower over, wash hand basin, WC and features lovely sea views.

Outside the private garden is mainly laid to lawn and has garden furniture and a barbecue.

I don't know if you display comments anywhere, but thought I'd let you know that we had a lovely time in the cottage (castle road). Everything was very clean, tidy and included all mod cons. It was so easy to walk to the beach, visit all the lovely shops down Newton Road and get fresh fish from the stall at the bottom. When the weather is hot, you can't beat visiting the bays in South Wales. 
 On arrival, you made it dead easy to pick up all we needed to know - no hanging around, big queues or information-giving.
