West Cross is just under a mile from Mumbles Village making this an excellent location for accessing Gower and the city of Swansea. Within easy walking distance are the local shops and the promenade offering everything from ice-cream and fish suppers to high quality pub fare.
Accommodation: The newly fitted kitchen has a gas hob with fan assisted oven under, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar for two. The lounge has a three seater sofa, an armchair, a TV with Free view/ DVD, a dining table and four chairs. There is a newly fitted downstairs WC with wash hand basin.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin with a pull out trundle bed. The family bathroom has a new three piece suite with electric shower over the bath.
