Norton House offers great restaurant food or afternoon tea and is only a minutes' walk whilst the Beaufort Pub, just a little further, offers excellent pub fayre. From the property there is also a lovely woodland walk through Oystermouth Woods to the castle.

Accommodation: Ground Floor. The fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces and integrated appliances including, a gas hob with oven below, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining/sitting room has a table with four chairs, two leather sofas, occasional furniture, feature fireplace, flat screen TV/freeview/DVD.

First Floor: There are two bedrooms a double and a twin. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features an ensuite shower room with double shower, basin and WC. There is a further family bathroom with a three piece suite and shower over the bath.

External: Patio doors open onto an enclosed garden, with table and chairs, which backs onto a green with views over Swansea Bay.
