A newly decorated four bedroom, three bathroom family house situated in the village of Port Eynon a minutes walk from the sea. Parts of the property date back to the fifth century and have been added to over the years offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight people.
The property, which benefits from off street parking and a large enclosed garden, also has a ground floor bedroom and bathroom making it suitable for people with limited mobility. 

Accommodation: The porch leads into a generous hallway with an open stairwell to the first floor and ground floor rooms off. The lounge is comfortably furnished with three sofas, occasional furniture, a 37" digital TV with freeview and a DVD. The newly fitted galley kitchen has integrated appliances, including a ceramic hob, with oven under, a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave. There is also a table and chairs for four people. The dining room has a large table which will seat up to eight people on two benches and two chairs. From the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and free standing fridge freezer.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds. There is also a downstairs bathroom which has a three piece suite and an electric shower over the bath.

First floor. Upstairs there a three further bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room (with wash hand basin and WC). The second double has a wash hand basin. The third bedroom has twin beds and also has a wash hand basin. There is also a shower room with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside. The property has an enclosed garden which is mainly laid to lawn. There is patio furniture and a rotary airer.

Sleeps 8: 2 doubles, 2 twins

C/O day - Sat. Oil fired CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot. Garden with patio furniture. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking. Orange preferred network coverage.
