The dining room has a table and chairs for five and a stone fireplace with an electric log effect fire. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs (the fridge/ freezer is in a small utility room). Ground floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and a wash hand basin. Separate WC.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms (both have views over Overton Green and Port Eynon) and a single.
External: Large enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn, surrounded by a low stone wall.
