National hunt racecourse, Ffos Las, is just 15 minutes from junction 48 of the M4, with the Jack Niklaus designed championship golf course, Machynys, also close by.
For shopping Llanelli town centre boasts high street names and an indoor market offering local produce, shops, cafes and restaurants, with more high street brands to be found at the new shopping mall, Trostre Retail Park.
